Euro2020 Predict and Win competition
1. Competition entry is strictly over 18’s
2. The promoter is Furey Smyth Group consisting of Capital Stores Ltd. / Evelyn Supermarkets Ltd. / Ballindoolin Stores Ltd. / MKP Stores Ltd. / Newmarket Stores Ltd. / Ballyowen Stores Ltd. / Terence Stores Ltd.
3. Furey Smyth Group is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management.
4. The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of EUROSPAR Ireland & Furey Smyth Group, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
5. No purchase is necessary; however a valid Instagram or Facebook account and access to the internet are required. If you do not have an Instagram or Facebook account, you will need to create one in order to participate. Please see www.instagram.com or www.facebook.com for more details. All entries will be subject to the Terms of Service for Instagram and Facebook which are available online at www.instagram.com or www.facebook.com.
6. Entry to the competition is free.
7. The entrant entering the promotion must be the owner of the Instagram or Facebook account used.

Group Stage:
Post comment under any of the Predict & Win posts posted on the pages of included Eurospar stores. Each posts will have specific question to answer relating to predicting winner of a match which is part of UEFA Euro Championship.
Only comments left under the competition post will be accepted as an entry and only posted up to kick off time of relevant match as indicated in the post. Only 1 comment per user per post will be accepted whichever posted first.
Once a participant has submitted a valid comment to enter the competition, they are tied to the competition in that particular store and will not be considered a participant in the other stores (as per point 19).
Knockout Stage:
Participant submits his/hers/theirs predictions via a web form as referenced on the Facebook/Instagram posts.
Participants will be also asked to like, share the posts and tag other users in comments for additional points.
9. The winner will be determined based on points standing in overall standings table maintained. In case of two or more participants with same amount of points, the winner will be picked at random. There will be a winner in the group stage and in knock-out stage. Points are not transferred from one stage to another.
Points system:
Group Stage:
One point is awarded to participant who correctly predicts winning team on each match played.
Knock-out Stage:
Two points are awarded to any participant who correctly predicts the winner of a match. Additional bonus point available for secondary condition e.g. Minute of first score, Total score for match, First team to score etc.
Points will be also awarded for any user that likes, shares and tag other Facebook users in the comments under each post of the knock-out stage.
Winner will be chose at random from top players.
10. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of prizes. The prize will consist of one €100 Eurospar Voucher for the group stage and €250 Eurospar Voucher for knock out stages. Other prizes might be announced. Vouchers will be redeemable in local Eurospar that a participant played the game in.
11. Fulfilment proposal: Relevant Eurospar store as indicated in point 19 will select & contact winner. Relevant store will share winner details on own marketing channels including Facebook / Instagram and instore marketing.
12. Prizes may take up to 28 working days to arrive.
13. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for no other purpose. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable. All information collected will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://fureysmyth.ie/privacy-policy/
14. The Predict & Win competition will begin on 11th June 2021 and will close at 23.59pm on the 11th July 2021. No Exceptions
15. Winner of Group Stages will be announced no later the 30th June 2021 & winner of knock-out stage will be announced no later than 18th July 2021. Furey Smyth Group will contact the winner via Facebook or Instagram direct message.
16. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not contact the store within 24 hours from winner announcement, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
17. Winners must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion without any further consent or payment.
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to page owners of this promotion and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion unless specific authorisation is given.
19. This competition will applies to: Eurospar Barnhall, Eurospar Hartstown, Eurospar Applewood, Eurospar Castlecomer, Eurospar Kinnegad, Eurospar Newmarket, Eurospar Lucan ONLY.
20. Persons entering the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
